Sports

All students who plan to participate in tryouts for sanctioned sports at Trickum Middle School must be approved through the RankOne app. In order to achieve approved status, parents must have a Georgia High School Association physical form (4 pages in length) completed by healthcare provider.

Once this is completed, the parent will need to create a RankOne account and upload the completed/signed physical document. Additional electronic forms are required to be completed following the upload.

Once these actions have been completed, the Trickum Middle School Athletic Director will approve the student for participation OR will contact the parent for additional information. Links to the physical form, the RankOne app, and a tutorial for uploading documents to the app are copied below.

Please contact James Williamson by email at James.Williamson@gcpsk12.org if you have any questions. Please note that GHSA physicals are valid for 1 year from the date the form is signed by the healthcare provider.
